	3.	Any person or entity that relies on any information obtained from this web site does so at his or her own risk. Nothing contained within this site is an official record of any agency, court or elected official. All official records are maintained by the agency, court or elected official for which the record was generated.
	4.	The Providers will use reasonable efforts to provide accurate processing of information provided from the court files and to diligently distribute information provided by you to the court.

Neither eZCourtPay, LLC, efileGeorgia, its officers and employees, any court or other agency, officer, elected official or employee thereof warrants the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information on this site and shall not be liable for any losses caused by such reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of such information, including, but not limited to incidental and consequential damages.
